If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. All returned items must be in its original condition:  unworn, un-altered, with original tags and packaging attached.  We'll even pay for your shipping on returns and exchanges! (applies to domestic orders only)

How it works

It's easy. 

Step 1. Simply e-mail us at help@a-thread.com with the order number and your reason for return or exchange. 

Step 2. We'll mail you a printable return mailing label. Attach this to the box, and include a copy of the packing list and Return Authorization #and all you need to do is drop off the package at your nearest post office. Goods must be in unworn condition and with tags attached. Once we receive the package and review, we will process your refund immediately.

Terms and Conditions

Free shipping for returns & exchanges currently apply to U.S. orders only.

Free shipping returns do not apply to International Shipments. 

We currently do not offer returns and exchanges for internationally shipped items. 

Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping is non refundable, unless there has been a shipping error or product arrives damaged.

Exchanges

We will only exchange items for a different size or color.  Since we may run out of stock, we recommend that you place a new order online, and contact us at help@a-thread.com, with your Order Number and the new Order number.  When we receive your item, we will process a full refund.
