What is your Returns and Exchanges policy? 

We do our best to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days (final sale items excluded). All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, un-altered and with the original tags and packaging attached. As part of our a-thread guarantee, we will pay for the shipping on returns & exchanges! (applies to domestic orders only) 

Final sale items include: Sale items, Accessories, 1 of a Kind items, Beauty products and intimates. Please review your order carefully as we cannot return or exchange these items!


How do I return or exchange my item? 

Returns and exchanges are simple. 

RETURNS 

  1. E-mail us at help@a-thread.com with your order number and your reason for return/exchange.
  2. You will receive a printable return mailing label in your e-mail. Attach this to your box of items, and include a copy of the packing list and your Return Authorization #. Drop off the package at your nearest post office – shipping has already been paid. Please mail your returns to: SHIPPING/RECEIVING 1211 Long Beach Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90021 
  3. Once we receive your package and confirm that the goods are in unworn condition with the tags attached, we will process your  refund immediately.

EXCHANGES 

We will exchange items for a different size or color. Since we may run out of stock, we recommend you place a new order online, and e-mail help@a-thread.com with your Order Number and new Order Number. Once we receive your item, we will process a full refund.

How much is Shipping & Handling? 

Domestic orders 

Shipping costs vary by each order. All shipping fees will be calculated for you in the final checkout stage, and will vary based on weight and shipping location. 

FREE SHIPPING: For orders over $75, shipping is on us! In the final stage of checkout, your shipping fees will be waived. 
Domestic shipments by USPS, with tracking, are a flat rate of $7.99. 
Rush shipping: Rush shipping is also available with UPS rush shipments (overnight shipping). Orders must be placed before 4 pm Standard Pacific Time in order to arrive the next day. Orders placed after 4 pm will arrive the next day. For rush shipping, proceed to checkout with your item, and choose “Rush Shipping” to view overnight shipping cost. 

International orders 

Rates vary on shipping method, location and weight. Please proceed to checkout with your order, and choose the shipping method to view your shipping cost.  Read full Shipping policy 


How long does it take for my orders to ship?  

Domestic shipping  

We try our best to ship all orders received by 4 PM Standard Pacific Time that same day. 
Rush shipping is also available with UPS rush shipments (overnight shipping). Orders must be placed before 4 pm Standard Pacific Time in order to arrive the next day. Orders placed after 4 pm will arrive the next day. For rush shipping, proceed to checkout with your item, and choose “Rush Shipping” to view overnight shipping cost. 

International shipping  

USPS First Class International  (10-25 business days)
USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days)
USPS Global Express Guaranteed (1-3 business days)



How do I track my order?

Once your item has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information for your order. 
 

What items are final sale?

Final sale items include: Sale items, Accessories, 1 of a Kind items, Beauty products and intimates. Please review your order carefully as we cannot return or exchange these items! 
 

Which methods of payment do you accept?

a-thread accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for all purchases. 


How does a-thread pick the benefiting charities?

a-thread selects charity beneficiaries based on a number of factors including the organization being a registered 501(c)3, the cause allocating a large portion of their funds to work in the field and the group working on the ground with those in need. The a- thread team wants to invest in organizations that are making a long-lasting impact in their respective communities and who can stretch a dollar a long way. 


How will the charities benefit?

a-thread will donate 5% of each sale (excluding sales tax) to their charity beneficiaries. In addition to a monetary donation, the a-thread team hopes to bring awareness about the causes to their audience in the hope that with each a-thread visitor, another person will learn about a charity and give back in their own way. We are working to “shop it forward.”
